There are things we carry in the body that the mind alone cannot resolve.
Over time, tension, stress, and emotional weight can settle into our posture, our breath, and the way we move through the world. Often without us even realising it.
This two-hour online workshop is an invitation to begin letting go.
Through gentle Tai Chi-based movement, breathwork, and guided awareness, weâll explore how to soften whatâs held within the body, and create space for more ease, flow, and connection.
Â
What you will get in this 2hr workshop:
# 1 Gently release stored tension in the body through simple, guided Tai Chi and breathwork practices.
# 2 Reconnect mind, body, and emotion, developing awareness of where you hold stress and how to shift it.
# 3 Walk away with practical tools you can use anytime to support calm, clarity, and inner balance.

A Personal Note
This workshop is an exploration.
While we will touch on the idea of releasing stored trauma, this is not a clinical or therapeutic setting, and I am not acting as a trauma specialist.
What I bring is over 30 years of experience in Tai Chi and embodiment practices, along with insights gathered from studying movement, breath, and the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
My intention is to share practical tools and create a space where you can begin your own processâgently, safely, and at your own pace.
Zoom details will be sent closer to date.
